Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the BriteBiz Affiliate Program. By signing up to be an affiliate in the BriteBiz Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). BriteBiz reserves the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Program, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Enrollment in the Program

To enroll in the Program, you must submit your information through our website, and Rewardful website, which provides the affiliate software service. After submission, we may reject your application if we determine (at our sole discretion) that your application is unsuitable for the Program. You will receive a unique Affiliate URL Code to track referrals from your site or social media posts.

Affiliate Responsibilities

As a BriteBiz affiliate, you agree to:

Promote BriteBiz software through lawful and ethical means.
Ensure that all promotional materials comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Not make any false or misleading statements about BriteBiz or its products.
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with BriteBiz on your website or promotional materials.

Affiliate Links

Upon acceptance into the Program, you will be provided with a range of promotional materials, including links, banners, and other creatives. All promotional materials remain copyright and ownership of BriteBiz and signing up as an Affiliate does not grant you with any special privileges to using company branded materials other than to use as an Affiliate. You must use the provided materials to promote BriteBiz on your site. You will earn commissions only with respect to membership signups to BriteBiz occurring directly through your unique affiliate links.

Commissions and Payments

Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission of 15% of the membership rate paid for the first 12 months of the BriteBiz membership, for each new customer referred to BriteBiz through their unique affiliate link.
Monthly Subscriptions - Commission payments are for 12 months and start one month after the first customer payment.
Annual Subscriptions - There is one payment of 20% of the annual payment that will be paid the month following the customers first payment.
Payment Method: Commissions will be paid via Wise. On receipt of the Wise transfer, the Affiliate will be asked to add a nominated bank account. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details and BriteBiz will not be held liable for any funds that are paid to an incorrect bank account.
Minimum Payout Threshold: There is no minimum payment threshold.

Referral Guidelines

Qualified Referrals: Only referrals that result in successful sales of BriteBiz software to new customers will be considered qualified referrals eligible for commissions.
